About Qeros Tours Peru
We offer a variety of tours
 and adventure expeditions throughout Peru. Since 2001 we have taken over 7,000 satisfied customers on the Treks throughout Peru. The tours are all designed with the highest levels of customer service and socially responsible tourism. Our company only employees experienced professionally licensed guides who are experts in the local environment and history.The tours are offered in the following languages; English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Quechua. You will experience our passion for adventure and sharing the extremely rich cultural heritage of Peru. Besides, experiencing amazingly diverse scenery you will also on many trips experience a glimpse into local life. Many people still practice very traditional ways of living and our guides when possible work to share this with you. Many of our tours are setup in partnership with these local communities and they often provided support in some way. We have worked to design many of our trips to involve these local communities and when appropriate there will be opportunities to make donations of school supplies or clothes. Also, we offer a variety of cultural immersion programs that allow you to experience a traditional way of living. These experiences are valuable for learning more about traditional Peruvian cultures and a different way of living.
Qeros Tours Peru Managing staff All our office staff have a passion for travel and adventure. That’s not all. In their former lives, our team members have been professional archaeologists guides, wildlife guides, overland drivers, mountain leaders, and mountain bike guides – so no-one is better placed to create tours that appeal to a wide range of specialist interests in your Peru Tours. Edgar Cumpa Checya (Administration Manager) Edgar, is part owner of Qeros Tours Peru and brother of Samuel. He has been working with Qeros Tours Peru for several years, first as a guide and then as an administrator in the office. He speaks Quechua, English, and Spanish. Edagar was born in Paucartambo, province of Cusco. When he moved to Cusco, he studied at the Esitur International Tourism School in Cusco for to earn his tourism license and then 2 year at IPNA to learn English. He studied also Natural biology in the university to learn more about Peru biological diversity. And the same time he has high knowledge in Marketing and Administration .He is passionate about travel in Peru. His favorite part working in the tourism industry is provide more highest levels of service for travel customers and explore Andean world, meeting new people, and teaching people about Peru culture. Ruben Quispe Quispe ( Operations Manager ) Ruben, is part owner of Qeros Tours Peru. He has been working with Qeros Tours Peru for 5 years, first as a guide on Inca Trail, Amazon Tours, Biking Tours, and archaeology Tours and other many routes around Peru. Then as an administrator in the office. He speaks Quechua, English, Spanish and some French. Ruben was born in Tipon, a small community south of Cusco. He studied at Esitur International tourism school in Cusco for 3 years to earn his tourism license and then 2 year at Speak Easy Language Center to learn English. Ruben has high knowledge in Peru archaeology and now he is study Economy. His favorite part of working in tourism industry is work to provide highest levels of customer service Roy-Even Slettvik (Community Project Coordinator - Marketing Consultant – Reservations Manager) Roy is in charge of our community projects. Roy was born in Norway -Stavanger has been working with Qeros Tours Peru since December 2007, Roy travelled extensively throughout Peru and South America in 2007-2008, he dedicated a year to visiting local village festivals throughout Peru and Mexico where he spent a lot of time staying with families in remote Andean communities as well as dancing (with a complete lack of natural ability some may say!) and drinking large amounts of local firewater. Roy is our Marketing Consultant and is currently working on several projects to promote handicrafts and textiles from local mountain communities. Pedro Eddy Alva (Australian Manager & Representative) Pedro same Peter in English. He is married with Debora last 2006 They are currently living long time in Sydney. When he was a child during the holiday lived in a rural area called Rio Seco located in La Merced Department of Junín to 6 to 7 hours from Lima with his parents and grandparents and as a result he discovered his passion for travel and his Culture .When he finished the school he became to travel for many places around Peru .such us Huánuco, Ancash also Cerro de Pasco , Cusco, Machu Picchu, Amazon, Ica, Piura ,Nazca, Arequipa etc. and always loved the landscape, he has high knowledge as a travel advisor in Australia and He is principal company representaive there. His favorite part working with Qeros Tours Peru is provide more highest levels of service for all visitors especially all Australian customers.
Roxana Conde ( Lima Manager & Representative ) Roxana studied administration at INTUR-PERU, one of the best schools of tourism in Lima. After, she worked for a travel agency and in different hotels, before deciding to move to the Amazon and Cusco to work as a manager in diferent areas of travel companies and hotels. She loves animals and Plants, especially monkeys, and enjoys trekking, swimming and dancing. Still, travel is her passion. She thinks Peru is a magic country, with fascinating cities and places that are yet to be discovered and explored. One of her goals is to help more people experience Peru and enjoy everything the country has to offer with Qeros Tours Peru.
